Wroclaw Strategy Forge provides consulting support for production plants. Our work is based on concrete facts and reliable engineering knowledge. By using our services, you accept the terms presented in this regulation. We commit to providing services in accordance with the highest industry standards, focusing on waste elimination and production process optimization. We treat every order individually, respecting the specifics of your plant and the confidentiality of the technological data provided to us.

Our task is to point out process errors and suggest concrete solutions based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibility for implementing these changes rests with the management of the production plant. Although we make every effort to ensure our recommendations bring measurable financial and operational benefits, final business decisions always belong to you as the owner or company manager. We do not guarantee a specific profit level because it depends on many external factors over which we have no direct influence.

All prices listed on our site, including the audit price of 2500 PLN, are net amounts. Payments for services are executed based on VAT invoices issued after the completion of the agreed scope of work. In the case of one-time audits, payment should be settled within the deadline indicated on the invoice. We believe in transparency, which is why before starting work, we always precisely determine the scope of support so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not hide any additional costs in our quotes.
