How long does implementation take?
Everything depends on the plant size and what we need to improve. Usually, the first effects are visible after just a few days of joint work on the shop floor. We don't promise miracles in a week, but concrete efficiency improvement.
Do you only work in plants in Wroclaw?
Our base is in Wroclaw at Ruska Street, but we serve the entire region. We will have no problem reaching your plant anywhere where production needs organizing.
What if the audit shows that everything works well?
That is great news. You will get a report from us confirming that processes are efficient. You pay for a concrete audit, so we honestly say what we see in your plant.
Will you train my employees?
Yes. We don't believe in theoretical training behind a desk. We train the crew on-site, during daily work. Only in this way does knowledge stay in the company permanently and generate real profit.
Isn't Six Sigma too much for a small company?
Not at all. Six Sigma is just a tool for catching errors. We translate these methods into simple language and use them exactly where they generate defects. It's mathematics that protects your margin.
